Tanner Foust is an American professional racing driver, stunt driver, and television host. He competes in rally, drift, ice racing, time attack, hill climb, and rallycross with multiple podium placements, national championships, and world records. His accolades include the 2019 ARX Championship, a 10x XGames Medalist, a 3x RallyX Champion, and a 2x Formula DRIFT Champion. Tanner is also a world record holder for the Hot Wheels jump/loop as well as breaking numerous other records on Top Gear USA where he was a host. He has been a stunt driver for movies such as The Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift, Ford vs. Ferrari, Need For Speed, and The Dukes of Hazzard. Most recently he signed with McLaren XE to race in the 2022 Extreme E season alongside Emma Gilmour. He and Gilmour won McLaren's first Extreme E podium by finishing second in the Energy X-Prix.

THE PROJECT

Throughout his career, Tanner Foust has been promoting his personal brand with the use of vibrant graphics. Mostly for his racing career, he needs designs for posters, and social media, as well as presentation decks for sponsorships. Sticking true to his personal branding, all his designs also incorporate the current sponsors and need to mesh well together cohesively to reflect the teamwork of the whole production.

THE RESULT

Using his existing brand identity and logo, as well as his sponsorship brand assets, I successfully created a collection of graphic assets for his brand promotion. I have created posters for a variety of his racecars, promotional imagery for his social media, and a few sponsorship decks incorporating the essence of Tanner Foust’s vibrant career.
